3. Our Services

Crypto Core Xchange offers investment-related services, which may include (but are not limited to) portfolio/asset trading, market access, research, analytics and advisory services. Services available to you depend on the account type, your jurisdiction and any applicable regulatory constraints.

4. No Investment Advice / Risks

Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional investment, legal, tax or other advice. All information is for general informational purposes only. Trading and investing involve risks, including the loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should obtain independent advice before making financial decisions.

5. Account, KYC & AML

To access the Services you may be required to open an account and complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide requested documentation. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, sanctions breaches or other illegal behavior.

6. Fees & Charges

Our fees, commissions, spreads and other charges are described on the Platform and in any applicable fee schedule. You are responsible for all fees and taxes. We may change fees at our discretion; material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals & Execution

Funds you deposit are subject to processing times and applicable limits. Withdrawals may require identity verification and can be subject to delays. Orders are executed subject to market conditions; we do not guarantee execution at a specific price unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks and materials are owned by or licensed to Crypto Core Xchange. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content except as permitted. Any suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation.

9. Privacy & Data

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services you consent to such processing. You acknowledge some information may be shared with service providers, payment processors and regulators as required.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Core Xchange and its officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you have paid us in fees in the 12 months prior to the claim (or another reasonable cap where required by law).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Core Xchange from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or where required by applicable laws and regulations. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

13. Communications

We may send notices by email, messages on the Platform, or by other contact methods you provide. Notices are effective when sent.

14. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum specified by local law.

16. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Crypto Core Xchange regarding the Services.
